IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE.

There is more demand than ever before for places on our activities which are part of the Shropshire HAF programme from children and young people who meet the core eligibility criteria. The programme is oversubscribed and many of our sessions have waiting lists.

Please only book your child/ren onto the days they can attend.

We appreciate that plans may change and there may be occasions when your child/ren can’t attend. If your child/ren are no longer able to attend a session, please cancel their place/s and give as much notice as possible, preferably 48 hours. This allows another child/ren the opportunity to attend the club and benefit from free holiday activity.

To cancel a booked session, please cancel via the link given in the confirmation email you receive when booking.

If a child doesn’t attend two or more booked sessions and their place isn’t cancelled in advance, unfortunately, this will result in all bookings being cancelled for the remainder of the holiday. This will enable other child/ren to be offered the place(s).

We appreciate your help in ensuring that the limited funding we receive is spent efficiently and cancelled funded HAF places can be opened to other families of eligible children who are trying to access a holiday club.
