The New Saints welcomed supporters, club members, and sponsors to the Henstone Suite at Park Hall Stadium yesterday morning for the official launch of the club’s 2030 Vision strategy.

The presentation marked an important milestone for the club, outlining a clear plan for the next stage of the Saints’ development both on and off the pitch.

Working closely with the Football Association of Wales (FAW) over the past 12 months, each club in the JD Cymru Premier has created a five-year strategic plan designed to align with the FAW’s long-term goals for Welsh football.

Chief Operating Officer Ian Williams led the presentation, sharing The New Saints’ vision for the future – focusing on areas such as elite player development, community engagement, facility upgrades, sustainability, and the continued growth of women’s and girls’ football.

“Our 2030 Vision sets out a clear direction for The New Saints as we look to the future,” said Ian. “It’s about more than success on the pitch – it’s about strengthening our roots in the community and building a sustainable, forward-thinking football club for everyone.

“What we’re creating isn’t just a plan for the next few years, but a lasting legacy that will carry The New Saints well beyond 2030, inspiring future generations to continue our journey of excellence and innovation.”

The FAW’s Senior Elite Club Development Manager, Joseph Donkur, also spoke at the event, explaining how the strategic process supports clubs across the Cymru Premier in aligning with the FAW’s wider football objectives.

To round off the morning, a Q&A session was held with first-team Head Coach Craig Harrison, Academy Manager Kieran Lee-Birch, Foundation Manager Gill Jones, and The New Saints Women’s midfielder Lexi Jones, who answered a series of questions covering a range of football and club-related topics.
