It was another strong performance from The New Saints on Tuesday, as they defeated Flint Town United 5-0 to move three points clear at the top of the Novira Cymru Premier.
Brad Young scored his first goal since returning to the club in May, while Academy graduate Josh Lock was also on target twice in the first-half.
In the second period, two substitutes, Isaac Jefferies and Ben Wilson, both got in on the act to seal an eighth consecutive victory for the defending champions.
On Saturday (September 19th), Craig Harrison's side are back at Park Hall for the second time this week as they welcome newly-promoted Llandudno for more league action.
The Seasiders have enjoyed a positive return to the top flight this season, and with nine matches played, they currently find themselves in sixth place with 16 points.
Like the Saints, they were also in action on Tuesday, coming from behind to pick up a point in a 1-1 draw against Caernarfon Town.
Of their five wins this season, three have come against sides who came up with them (Trefelin BGC, Holywell Town and Ammanford), but Jordan Hadaway's men have also secured victories over established Cymru Premier sides Flint Town United and Haverfordwest County.
The two sides don't meet often in the league - their last such meeting came back in December 2018 - but they did cross paths last season in the semi-finals of the Nathaniel MG Cup.
While the Saints came away with a 2-1 victory on the day, they didn't have it all their own way, and if Llandudno's form this season is anything to go by, Saturday's meeting could be another tough game.
The New Saints will take to the field in their traditional home kit of green and white hooped shirts with green shorts and socks, while the visitors will be wearing all-burgundy. The goalkeepers will be in all-yellow and all-orange.
Ryan Kenny is the referee, with Johnathon Bebee-Bryant and Jordan Christopher the two assistants. Richard Wright will act as fourth official, while John Jones and James Walker are the video assistant referee and assistant video assistant referee, respectively.
