Ahead of The New Saints Women’s Genero Adran Premier fixture against Wrexham, head coach Jodie Williams was on media duty last night, holding her pre-match press conference prior to training. 

After a disappointing defeat at Aberystwyth Town in their last league outing, the Saints will be hoping for a return to winning ways when they return to familiar surroundings this weekend.

Asked if there were any positives to take following the 1-0 reversal at Park Avenue, Williams also discussed previous matches against Wrexham, and the response she’s expecting from her side when they take to the field on Sunday.

On top of that, questions included the focus of training, and whether there are specific areas of focus to target the strengths of the Red Dragons, as well as the likelihood of seeing any fresh faces in the starting line-up this time around.
