The New Saints Women claimed a well-deserved 1-0 win over Wrexham at Park Hall Stadium in the Genero Adran Premier on Sunday afternoon.
On another day, The New Saints could have scored a few more goals.

Lexi Jones delivers
Lexi Jones continued her good run of form against the Red Dragons.
It was the Wales under-17 international’s goal at the end of the first-half that separated the two teams come the final whistle.
This continued Jones’ goal threat of late, as the 17-year-old has now scored five in the last six games, and seven overall this season.

Crucial clean sheet
We can’t forget about the great clean sheet at the back that helped The Saints towards the three points.
That was Saints’ sixth clean sheet in the 2024/25 season.
One of the key moments was a stop from close-range by Becca Elliott towards the start of the second 45.

Undefeated at home
Duffy’s side remain unbeaten at Park Hall Stadium this season following the first four home games.
If you go back to the last campaign, the streak is up to seven matches.
Creating Park Hall into a fortress is going to be important to help get silverware in the not too distant future.
Tight at the top
There remains just a two-point gap at the top between Cardiff City and TNS.
