Cyncoed Campus is the destination for The New Saints this weekend, as they head to the capital to play their penultimate JD Cymru Premier fixture.  

Following back-to-back victories at Park Hall Stadium, Craig Harrison’s side are on the verge of more history, as they’re now just two games away from becoming the first side in over 25 years to finish the entire league campaign undefeated.

With the 2024 JD Welsh Cup final also approaching quickly on the horizon, The Saints will be looking for another strong performance against the Archers to continue the momentum, as they bid to complete a domestic treble for the first time since 2016.

Holding his pre-match press conference at Park Hall yesterday, head coach, Harrison, was asked whether an invincible campaign was one of his side’s targets before the season started, and whether or not motivating the team has been difficult with the title having been mathematically secured for a number of weeks now.

The former Preston North End defender also discussed previous games against Cardiff Met, and provided an updated regarding the injury and availability status of a number of recent first-team absentees.
