After picking up what was arguably their best win of the season against Cardiff Met last weekend, The New Saints Women face another tough test this time around, with Cardiff City visiting Oswestry.

The weekend’s game will be the fourth meeting between The Saints and the Bluebirds this season, with the two teams squaring off most recently in Genero Adran Trophy semi-final action three weeks ago.

Leading 1-0 in the capital with just 20 minutes to play, before being undone by a trio of late Cardiff goals, Greg Draper’s side will no doubt take great confidence from their previous performances against the unbeaten league leaders going into Sunday’s game.

In his pre-match press conference this week, the New Zealand international reflects on the 2-0 win against the Archers last time out, before discussing the exciting future that’s in store for women’s football at Park Hall and his team’s approach going into the upcoming match.
