In this exciting role, you will lead the delivery of sports science and strength & conditioning provision across the Academy, working with players from U8 through to U19, designing and implementing long-term athletic development programmes tailored to each player's stage of growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on-pitch SAQ and gym-based strength and conditioning sessions, conducting regular physical testing and anthropometric monitoring, and collaborating closely with medical and physiotherapy staff to support injury prevention and rehabilitation across all Academy age groups.

This is a 25-hour contract, working Monday to Thursday with flexible admin time built into the week.
