While Craig Harrison's side certainly enjoyed themselves in front of goal in that one, Saturday's match is set to be an entirely different challenge altogether.

Alongside Penybont, the Nomads have been the Saints' main challengers so far this season. Sitting just six points behind them in the table, John Disney's side are likely to provide their toughest test to date, and are currently enjoying a seven-match winning streak across all competitions.

As far as winning streaks are concerned though, it's TNS who very much lead the way on that front - after drawing 0-0 on the opening day of the campaign, Harrison's men have won their last 14 matches in all competitions.

The Saints' last outing was that 9-0 victory against Ammanford, while the Nomads were 2-0 winners against another of the league’s newly promoted teams, Llandudno.

Callum West gave the Nomads the lead inside the opening 25 seconds of that match against the Seasiders, and after also scoring in their 3-1 victory over the Saints at the Essity Stadium on December 31st last year, he’s certainly a player the Saints will need to keep an eye on.

With six goals in his last three league games though, Disney's side will need to be wary of Saints' striker Brad Young, who's now rediscovered the goalscoring form that made his first spell at the club so memorable.

For Saturday's fixture, The New Saints will take to the field in green and white hooped shirts with green shorts and socks, while the goalkeepers will be in all-yellow. At the time of writing, kit colours for Connah's Quay Nomads are yet to be confirmed.

John Jones is the referee, with Daniel Beckett and Harry Hendricks the two assistants. Richard Wright will act as fourth official, while Rob Jenkins and Mark Petch are the video assistant referee and assistant video assistant referee, respectively.

Tickets can be purchased HERE and are priced at £11 for adults, £6 for concessions and £4 for under-16s. Kick-off is scheduled for 5:15pm. To speed up entry into the stadium and help prevent queues on arrival, supporters are strongly advised to purchase tickets online in advance.

If you can't make it to Park Hall, you won't have to miss any of the action, as the match will be streamed live on Sgorio's digital platforms.
