This Sunday, The New Saints Women welcome Aberystwyth Town to Park Hall Stadium in Round eight of the Genero Adran Premier fixtures.

The New Saints head into Sunday’s match on the back of a first defeat of the season against Cardiff City away at Leckwith Stadium, which the Bluebirds came out on top 1-0.

Meanwhile, Aberystwyth Town picked up their first point of the campaign at Park Avenue against Barry Town United.

In the first meeting between the two teams earlier on in the season, the Saints beat the Seasiders 7-0 on the West Wales coast, where Fiona Barry and Caitlin Chapman both got hat-tricks.

Looking at the overall head-to-head between the two teams, Saints have won seven times, Aberystwyth twice, with there being three draws.

In the Adran Premier league table, TNS are second on goal difference with 18 points, while Aber are bottom on one point.

For Sunday, Kieran Lee-Birch’s team will be in the traditional green and white hooped shirts with green shorts and socks. The goalkeepers are to wear all-orange.

The visitors are in a pink shirt with black shorts and socks, with keepers in all-light blue.

The officials for the weekend are as follows: Nathan Bowker (referee), Harvey Smallman and Octavian Trader (assistant referees), and Johnathan Griffiths (fourth official).

Tickets for the match can be purchased by clicking HERE. It is £6 for adults, £4 for concessions, and £2 for under-18s.
