Tomorrow night (March 3rd), The New Saints look to put their Nathaniel MG Cup disappointment behind them when they return to league action on the road at Connah’s Quay Nomads.

It's a big game for Craig Harrison's side, as with a victory, they'll mathematically seal a fifth consecutive JD Cymru Premier title.

The Nomads, naturally, will have other ideas, and if they're able to replicate their New Year's Eve result, the TNS celebrations will have to wait a little longer.

On that occasion, John Disney's side ran out 3-1 winners, with goals from Rhys Hughes, Max Woodcock and Callum West doing the damage.

That defeat was something of an anomaly in the recent head-to-head record, however. Prior to it, the league leaders had won all eight of their previous JD Cymru Premier meetings against the Nomads.

Since then, TNS have recorded six consecutive league wins, while Connah's Quay, on the other hand, are enduring a difficult run of form, without a win in any of their last five matches (four draws and one defeat).

Iwan Griffith has been appointed referee, with Richard Dolphin and Harvey Smallman the two assistants. Alex Livsey is the fourth official, while Kevin Parry will act as referee observer.

Connah’s Quay will line up in their all-red kit, while the visitors will be wearing green and white hooped shirts with green shorts and socks. The goalkeepers will be in all-purple and all-yellow respectively.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate and are priced at £8 for adults and £4 for concessions.
