Players from The New Saints first team were spreading festive cheer earlier today during their annual visit to The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.

Adrian Cieslewicz, Ryan Brobbel, Jacob Owen, and Jack Nadin spent time with the young patients on the Alice Ward, chatting, answering questions, and taking part in a Christmas quiz. The visit brought plenty of smiles and festive spirit to the ward.

Each child was treated to a goody bag, including a selection box, a TNS scarf and t-shirt, a football, and a wishing coin – a small token to brighten the festive season.

Chairman Mike Harris said: “Our annual visit is something we are incredibly proud of as a club. Seeing the children’s smiles really puts everything into perspective, and we hope spending time with our players helped to brighten their day.

“Everyone at The New Saints would like to wish the children, their families, and the fantastic hospital staff a very Merry Christmas.”

Adrian Cieslewicz added: “It’s always special to come here, especially at this time of year. The children were incredible, and meeting them really puts things into perspective for us.

“Spending time chatting, having a laugh, and seeing their smiles means a lot. If we’ve helped brighten their day even a little, it’s been worthwhile. We wish them all the very best and hope they have a great Christmas.”

The visit once again showcased The New Saints’ commitment to the local community, spreading festive joy and creating lasting memories for the young patients and their families.
