Voting is underway for our February 2025 Goal of the Month award, in partnership with Lion Quays Resort.
February was a successful month for The New Saints, with the first team lifting the Nathaniel MG Cup for a record-extending 11th time this past weekend and The New Saints Women securing the Genero Adran Trophy for the first time in their history.
At the start of the month, Craig Harrison’s side took another big step towards retaining their JD Cymru Premier title when they defeated Penynont 4-0 in a huge top-of-the-table clash, and Ryan Brobbel’s long-range free-kick in that game is the first goal on our shortlist.
Another long-range strike, this time from Lexi Jones in the final of the Genero Adran Trophy is also in the running, as is Sion Bradley’s goal in the 5-0 JD Welsh Cup quarter-final victory over Airbus UK Broughton.
The fourth and final effort comes from another cup final, as Aramide Oteh scored just three minutes into the second-half at Latham Park on Friday to ensure the Nathaniel MG Cup returned to Park Hall for a second successive season.
