Following The New Saints Women’s 6-0 win at Pwllheli in the first round of the Bute Energy Welsh Cup, it’s a return to Genero Adran Premier action this Sunday (October 27), as Barry Town United are the visitors to Park Hall Stadium.

The weekend’s fixture is a reverse of the opening day in the Adran Premier (September 15), where Shauna Duffy’s team beat Barry Town 5-0 at Jenner Park.

Since Barry lost that game, the Linnetts have gone unbeaten, and have won their last four matches in all competitions, including a 5-0 victory in the Welsh Cup first round against Cardiff Met at  Cyncoed Campus in their last outing.

Looking at the Adran Premier table five matches in, The New Saints are sitting in second on ten points, while Barry also have ten, and are only behind on goal difference in fourth.

In the head-to-head between the sides, The Saints have five victories, Barry are on six wins.

For Sunday’s encounter, TNS are to wear a green and white hooped shirt with green shorts and socks, the goalkeepers are in all-purple. Stevie McCarthy-Campbell’s side are set to be in a yellow shirt with dark blue shorts and socks, while keepers will wear all-light green.

The officials are as follows: Nicholas Pratt (referee), Connor Fowler and Ryan Hughes (assistant referees).
