After making history in the UEFA Conference League, it’s back to domestic action for The New Saints tomorrow, as they welcome Aberystwyth Town to Park Hall. 

The match against the Seasiders will be The Saints’ first league fixture since August 16th, when they got their defence of the JD Cymru Premier off to the perfect start against Flint Town United.

Due to a number of enforced European postponements, Craig Harrison’s side currently find themselves in 10th position, but can begin to climb back up the standings with a positive result tomorrow.

Ahead of the matchday five fixture (which kick-off of at 7:45pm), the TNS head coach was on media duty earlier today, as he held his pre-match press conference following training.

The former English Premier League defender shared his reflections following the historic victory against FK Panevėžys, as well as his experiences of attending the league phase draw in Monaco over the weekend.

Harrison also discussed the importance of picking up positive results domestically, and whether or not the short turnaround between Thursday and Tuesday will bring about any changes within the starting line-up.
