It’s a big game for The New Saints Women this weekend, as they welcome Swansea City to Park Hall in the semi-final of the Genero Adran Trophy. 

After disappointment in their last fixture, as they narrowly missed out on a place in the Championship Conference despite a creditable 3-3 draw at Park Avenue, Greg Draper’s side will be looking to get back to winning ways when they return to familiar surroundings on Sunday. 

It’s one apiece in the previous two fixture the sides have played at Park Hall, with The Saints coming away with a 2-1 win in April 2023, before the Swans clinched victory by the same scoreline with a last-gasp winner back in October. 

With the semi-final clash now less than three days away, head coach, Draper was on media duty at Park Hall this afternoon, holding his latest pre-match press conference. 

The New Zealand international shared his final thoughts regarding the televised fixture against Aberystwyth Town, and provided insight into the preparations ahead of what he expects to be a tough test this Sunday. 

On top of that, Draper shared thoughts on the recent signings of both Grace Dunkerley and Mel Barlow, and also discussed his goalscoring appearance for The New Saints Reserves last weekend.
