Falkirk Stadium has today been confirmed as the venue for next month’s SPFL Trust Trophy final.

The New Saints will take on Scottish Championship side, Airdrieonians, in the final on Sunday, March 24th. The match will kick-off at 4:15pm, and be broadcast live on both BBC Alba and S4C.

Falkirk Stadium was, of course, the venue for The Saints’ historic 1-0 semi-final victory last weekend, and as a result, Craig Harrison’s side are bidding to become the first non-Scottish team to lift the trophy since the introduction of cross-border clubs in 2016.

Last night, The Saints equalled their own Guinness World Record for consecutive association football victories (27), and remain on course for a historic quadruple, comprised of the JD Cymru Premier, JD Welsh Cup, SPFL Trust Trophy and Nathaniel MG Cup.

Ticket information and supporter travel details for the match in Falkirk will be confirmed in due course.
