It’s Genero Adran Trophy action at Park Hall on Sunday, as The New Saints Women take on Rhyl 1879 in the round of 16.

After picking up a 3-1 victory against Pontypridd United last time out, The Saints will fancy their chances of recording a third straight win this weekend, but they will need to be wary of a Lilywhites team who currently sit third in the Genero Adran North.

The second-tier side will no doubt be looking to make a name for themselves with an Adran Premier scalp in Oswestry, something which head coach, Greg Draper, is acutely aware of.

In his pre-match press conference held earlier today, the New Zealand international spoke of the need to guard against any sort of complacency that might creep into the performance on Sunday, should they wish to achieve their goal of reaching the final at the third time of asking.

The former TNS striker also looked back on the victory against Pontypridd last weekend, discussed the recent involvement of under-19 players, and provided an injury and availability update regarding a number of his squad.
