After a 6-2 victory against Connah’s Quay Nomads in their opening JD Cymru Premier fixture, The New Saints head to South Wales on matchday two this weekend. 

Prior to the fixture against Pontypridd United, head coach, Craig Harrison, held his pre-match press conference at Park Hall Stadium this afternoon.

Topics of discussion included reflections following Friday’s win, the recent loan signings of Jared Harlock and Benny Couto, and his early thoughts ahead of the match at USW Sport Park.

The former Crystal Palace man also provided an update about the recent injury struggles his side have been managing.
