The New Saints travel to Bala this coming Friday (April 14), for the final away game of the 2022/23 JD Cymru Premier campaign.

The MD31 fixture against Colin Caton’s side, is a fifth versus first affair, with thirty-three points separating the sides in the table.

Having met each other on three occasions so far this season, The New Saints have won all of the encounters.

A 5-0 at Maes Tegid was followed by 3-0 and 2-1 victories at Park Hall.

Looking back over previous results, the last thirteen head-to-head games have resulted in nine wins for TNS and four draws.

Regarding the victories, five have been by just one goal.

The statistics indicate what we already know, that invariably it will be a tough challenge.

This will be the third away fixture on the bounce for Craig Harrison’s team and, with five goals in each of the previous trips, being away from Park Hall certainly hasn’t had any bearing on form.

On Friday evening, Bala Town will be in white shirts, black shorts and black socks. The goalkeepers will be in all-purple.

The visitors will be in green and white hooped shirts, white shorts and white socks, with the ‘keepers wearing blue and green shirts, blue shorts and black socks.

John Jones will referee the game and he will be assisted by Connor Fowler and Connah Sears.

Mark Petch is the fourth official and Kevin Parry the referee observer.

The game has a 7.45 p.m. kick-off time and, if you’re not at Maes Tegid in person, you can follow updates via our Twitter account.
