With the JD Cymru Premier title now mathematically secured, The New Saints have five games remaining in the league this season. 

In the first of those matches, Craig Harrison’s side welcome Cardiff Metropolitan University to Oswestry on Saturday, and they’ll be looking to exact a measure of revenge following defeat at Cyncoed Campus back in February.

The newly-crowned champions would still be on course for an unbeaten season were it not for the 3-2 reversal in the capital, which is something The Saints’ head coach has since revealed was one of the squad’s targets for the year.

Ahead of the weekend’s fixture, the former Middlesborough defender held his latest pre-match press conference at Park Hall this afternoon, fielding questions from club media in the build-up to the game.
