It’s a trip to Caernarfon Town for The New Saints tomorrow night, as they head along the North Wales coast to play their rearranged matchday 17 fixture.

Originally scheduled for December 11th, the match at The Oval was postponed due to a frozen pitch, and as a result, it’s now the game against the Canaries that gets us underway in 2023.

With nearest rivals, Connah’s Quay Nomads, not in action, a win against Huw Griffiths’ side would increase The Saints’ JD Cymru Premier lead to nine points, leaving them in an increasingly strong position as we enter the final few weeks of the season’s first phase.

As always, head coach, Craig Harrison, held his pre-match press conference following training this afternoon, providing an update regarding his squad ahead of the game.
