It is set to be the second match for The New Saints Women of the Genero Adran Premier 2022/23 campaign on Sunday (September 18), as we travel to the Cyncoed Campus to take on Cardiff Met.

In the first matches of the season, The New Saints lost 3-1 at Park Hall Stadium against Barry Town United. Met were defeated 2-0 at the Swansea.com Stadium against the Swans in front of 1’426  people.

The sides came up against one another three times last season.

In the most recent meeting at Park Hall  in the Genero Adran Trophy semi-finals (27th February), the Archers won a tight encounter 3-2.

For the match in Cardiff, The Saints will be wearing a green and white hooped shirt with white shorts and socks. The goalkeeper’s will be in an all-yellow kit.

Yzzy Taylor’s team will be in a burgundy shirt and socks with dark blue shorts, keepers will be in an all-light green outfit.

The officials are as follows: Huw Marfell (referee), Philp Thomas and Michael Hopkins (assistant referees.
