LATEST NEWS

Ahead of the 2022/23 Genero Adran Premier season, The New Saints FC Women are pleased to welcome three new signings to Park Hall.

Head coach, Andy Williams, has moved to strengthen his squad following last season’s sixth-place finish, and will be hoping the arrival of Dani Staley, Izzy Redding, and Chantelle Teare will help his side push further up the table this time around.

Last year, the trio were a part of the Wolves Women Reserves squad that comfortably won the Reserve Midlands Division, dropping just four points all season.

All three players were in impressive form throughout the campaign, but it was a particularly standout season for striker Teare, who found the back of the net 14 times across 15 appearances.

Commenting on the signings earlier today, head coach, Williams told us: “We are delighted with the signings of Dani, Izzy and Chan.

“They have strengthened our existing squad and have made a positive impact during pre-season, adding quality, experience and competitiveness.”

It’s been a solid pre-season campaign for The New Saints, and the new additions will hope to propel their new side to three points against Barry Town United on the opening weekend of the season on Sunday.
