All good things must come to an end as they say, and after our four-day training camp in Portugal, we’re getting ready to head home to the UK this evening.

It’s been a great few days in Vilamoura, and with three sessions a day, it’s been a very rewarding week for the players.

After several intensive days, the schedule was slightly lighter today, with sessions taking place in both the gym and the pool.

Once they were done, we caught up with our head coach, Anthony Limbrick. You can watch the interview below, as we asked him for his reflections following our time on the Algarve coast.

We’ve had a very enjoyable stay at Browns Sports Resort, and our thanks go to all the staff who’ve worked hard to accommodate us. Don’t forget, we’ve got our first pre-season friendly against Ellesmere Rangers at Park Hall this coming Saturday (June 11). The action gets underway from 2pm and admission is free for all supporters, so we hope to see as many of you there as possible.
