LATEST NEWS

With our last game on December 18, it’s nice to get back on track this coming Friday (January 21), as Connah’s Quay Nomads are the visitors to Park Hall for JD Cymru Premier MD20.

Managed by ex-TNS boss, Craig Harrison, the Nomads currently find themselves occupying fifth place in the table.

Taking over a team that was hovering above the relegation trapdoor, Craig has steadied the ship and seen results improve considerably.

As far as current form is concerned, his side is the only one in the league that is unbeaten over the last five games. With three wins and two draws – compared to TNS’ four wins and one defeat – the stage is set for an exciting game, as the league restarts.

December was a tough one on paper for The New Saints, but away wins at Bala Town (4-1) and Barry Town United (2-1), followed by three points at Park Hall against Penybont FC (3-2), means that there is a twelve-point lead at the top of the table.

The New Saints will be in green and white hooped shirts, green shorts and white socks. The goalkeepers will be in blue and green shirts, blue shorts and black socks.

The visitors’ kit hasn’t been confirmed at the time of writing.

The officials for Friday’s game are as follows: Lee Evans (referee), Martin Roberts and Ashley Davis (assistant referees) and Nick Pratt (fourth official). The appointed referee observer is Stephen Hames.

Kick-off is 7.45 p.m. and the game will be live on Sgorio’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, as well as S4C Clic.

In addition, you can also follow the action on TNS Radio, via our website home page and Facebook page.

Fans are welcome and we look forward very much to seeing you again.
