Earlier today, the first-team squad and staff visited St. George’s Park, in Staffordshire. The complex, which is the home of the FA’s (England) national football teams, boasts an impressive array of facilities.

The players started in the Sir Alf Ramsey indoor 3G arena and then headed to the strength and conditioning gym, where they were put through their individual paces.

They then took a break for lunch in the adjacent Hilton Hotel, before rounding off the day with a session in the hydro pool.
