Every game between now and until the title is decided is a massive one, and especially so the one this coming Saturday (April 24), when the top two face each other at Park Hall.

Level on points, it’s only goal difference that separates The New Saints and Connah’s Quay Nomads in the JD Cymru Premier.

In addition, both are the current in-form teams, with the former on a run of seven consecutive wins while the latter have won three on the bounce.

While TNS leads the way as far as finding the net is concerned (seventy-five), the Nomads are third in that statistic, with their fifty-seven putting them two goals behind Bala Town.

Both excel though in keeping the ball out at the other end. Having played twenty-six games each, The New Saints has conceded just thirteen, while the visitors on Saturday have taken the ball from the back of the net on sixteen occasions.

Earlier this week, The New Saints’ head coach, Anthony Limbrick, held his press conference.

TNS will be in the familiar green and white hooped shirts, white shorts and socks, while the Nomads will be wearing all black.

The ‘keepers will be in navy blue shirts and shorts with black socks and all sky blue respectively.

The officials are as follows: Iwan Griffith (referee), Lewiss Edwards (assistant referee), Ian Bird (assistant referee), Rob Jenkins (fourth official) and Nigel Richards (referee observer).
