It’s been confirmed that Flint Town United or Prestatyn Town will provide the opposition for The New Saints in the JD Welsh Cup Semi-Final, following the conclusion of the draw, live on S4C’s Heno this evening.

Originally scheduled to be Sgorio’s televised fixture last Friday night, the quarter-final match between the JD Cymru North’s top two fell foul of the weather, causing a postponement.

Luckily though, Saints fans shouldn’t have to wait too long to learn exactly who their side will face, with the rearranged tie hopefully going ahead tomorrow night (March 3rd).

Semi-Final matches in the JD Welsh Cup are always played at a neutral venue, and while we do know that the tie will be played over the weekend of the 4th/5th April, we’ll bring you details of the confirmed date, time and location as soon as we have it.
