With The New Saints FC registering five wins from six games during December 2019 – including a JD Welsh Cup victory – it comes as no surprise that we have nomination representation in both manager and player categories.

Greg Draper kept the best till last, with a hat-trick and a solo goal in the festive double-header against Cefn Druids. In addition, the popular striker scored a brace in the 9-0 victory against Mold Alexandra in the cup.

Although the 2-1 home JD Cymru Premier defeat at the hands of Cardiff Metropolitan University was a blot on the copybook, wins against Carmarthen Town (1-0), Barry Town United (4-1), Cefn Druids (5-0 and 2-1) ensured that Scott Ruscoe also made the shortlist.
