Following the JD Welsh Cup victory against Connah’s Quay Nomads and a short break afterwards, today the players and staff returned to Park Hall, as the 2019/2020 season began for the champions of Wales.

A week of testing and training will be followed by the first pre-season friendly, this coming Saturday at home to Ynys Môn. Details of that can be found here.
