If you’re stuck for something to do during the upcoming school holidays, look no further than The New Saints FC Foundation, as they’re running a number of fun-filled activities throughout the Easter break.
First up is the ‘Be A Pro Day’, offering all budding footballers the chance to live the life of their idols. That one takes place at The Venue, Park Hall, on Tuesday April 16th and you can find out more information HERE.
Running on both Tuesday April 16th and Tuesday April 23rd, Multi-Sport Fundays are taking place at Teme Leisure Centre, Ludlow. For boys and girls aged between 5-12 years, activities include football, street dance, dodgeball, flume sessions and a bouncy castle. Tickets cost just £15, with the option of a sibling ticket covering two children at a reduced rate of £25. Last, but certainly by no means least, the ever-popular holiday clubs make their return. Taking place across a range of days, every session is free for young people aged between 4-14 to attend. The dates for the holiday clubs are as follows:
- Monday 15th April 2019 – Gobowen Playing Fields and Pavillion (11am-2pm)*
- Wednesday 17th April 2019 – St Martins Playing Fields and Centre (11am-2pm)*
- Wednesday 17th April 2019 – Oswestry Cae Glas Park (3pm-5pm)
- Thursday 25th April 2019 – Weston Rhyn Rec (11-2pm)*
- Friday 26th April 2019 – Ellesmere Rangers Football Ground (11-2pm)*
- Friday 26th April 2019 – Gatacre Playing Fields (3pm-5pm)
Activities include dance, sports, space hopper racing, parachute games and much more. Registrations can be taken on the day, so all as you need to do is turn up and join in the fun!
