Having played each other already this season in the JD Welsh Premier League (JD WPL), we only have to go back to September for the last time the two sides went head-to-head.

The game at Park Hall, on Friday, September 24, ended in a stalemate as neither team could find a way through their opponents’ defence. Both had opportunities to take the three points though, with a superb save from Ashley Morris in the dying seconds denying Adrian Cieslewicz.

Although the draw brought a run of consecutive league wins (4) to an end, nevertheless the clean sheet ensured that another run continued. For the fifth JD WPL game on the bounce, The New Saints’ defence remained intact.
