The New Saints of Oswestry Town will take on Newtown on Boxing Day at Paveways Latham Park.

The Dafabet Welsh Premier League fixture will kick off at 14:30pm.

Nicknamed ‘The Robins’, Newtown were founded in 1875 and are managed by Chris Hughes.

The last encounter between the sides took place back in May when a superb performance from Craig Harrison’s side ensured that TNS lifted the FAW Welsh Cup at Latham Park.

The Saints also visited Latham Park last season and lifted theWord Cup after beating Bala Town 3-0.

TNS currently find themselves 9 points clear at the top of the Welsh Premier League and 15 clear of sixth placed side Newtown.
