Tomorrow at The Venue, the Community Foundation will be having a Macmillan coffee morning.

There will be a range of cakes for sale, competitions, raffles and bingo to take part in.

Naomi Stocker is running the event and said, ‘It will be great to see as many people as possible at The Venue, raising money for such an important charity. This is the second year that we are hosting the event and hopefully if it goes well.’

The Macmillan Coffee Morning is Macmillan Cancer Support’s flagship fundraising event and each year, members of the general public host their own coffee morning.

The donations received go towards Macmillan services.
