TNS in the Park proved to be a great success today with lots of fun being had by the many that were involved.

Along with the Mayor of Oswestry, The New Saints’ first team were present at the bustling park ahead of their trip to Bratislava to face Slovakian Champions, SK Slovan Bratislava in the UEFA Champions League Second Qualifying Round.

The Corbett Sports Welsh Premier League winners also signed autographs and posed for pictures with the excited children.

There was also a rather competitive Walking Football session that took place with even TNS Chairman, Mike Harris getting involved in.

Along with Walking Football, which regularly takes places on a Monday at Park Hall Stadium, there were also demonstrations from Little Saints, Mini Saints, Junior Saints and finally Zumba.

Children from all ages took part in the fun games and football action in what was an enjoyable day at Oswestry’s Cae Glas Park.
