Midfielder Lia Lewis has represented The New Saints Women in two spells, first between 2015 and 2020 and then from 2021 to the present. She made her 100th appearance in the 2025/26 season during a 4–2 win against Wrexham, bringing experience, composure, and energy to the Saints’ midfield.
