The options include one, three or six miles on the treadmill or cycle and for any budding Steve Redgraves there is the rowing machine for either 1,600 or 3,200 metres.<\/p>\n<p>The cost is \u00a37 per person and that includes a seven-day gym pass to all participants.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_27832\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-27832\" style=\"width: 738px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tnsfc.co.uk\/foundation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/sr6-e1519306879858.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4638\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tnsfc.co.uk\/foundation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/02\/sr6-e1519306879858.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"757\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-27832\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A photograph from a previous event with Shelly and Lucy<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Sunday then moves outdoors as Park Hall itself hosts two, four or six mile options. If you&#8217;re not sure about your own personal stamina, don&#8217;t worry, as you can either run or walk. In fact, it&#8217;s all about completing the challenge, so feel free to combine the two.<\/p>\n<p>The marshalling at the event is being done by Borderland Rotary Club. We appreciate everyone who is volunteering their time for the event. The business has been an integral part of the fundraising initiative since 1999, having raised nationally in excess of \u00a3100 million.
