The New Saints Community Foundation is looking to expand their team with a number of talented and experienced coaches. The role requires some flexibility and involves delivery of sessions in and around the area of Oswestry, and border areas.<\/p>\n

Hours will be based on and around a school day, with some weekend work required to assist with events to promote the Foundation and Club.
\nThe hours for which we are looking for session cover will typically be between 12.30pm and 9.00pm Monday to Friday, to include session set up. Weekend hours between 10am and 4pm may also be required, to fit in with our attendance at events. There may also be some cover required during a school day to assist with diversionary activities with schools. There will also be some cover required to deliver our football birthday party experience.<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage applicants to apply who are able to commit to these hours on a regular basis only.<\/p>\n

Typical Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Plan and deliver safe effective multi \u2013 sport activities to boys and girls age 4 \u2013 19 years of age
\n\u2022 Transport of equipment to and from sessions within the community and schools
\n\u2022 Take lead\/or assist with the delivery of the sessions
\n\u2022 Provide administration duties i.e. registers and the collection of monies to be paid into the till at the end of sessions
\n\u2022 Safely handover children to parents at the end of each session
\n\u2022 Sign and out of all community venues
\n\u2022 Administer first aid treatment where required
\n\u2022 Deliver\/assist in the delivery of healthy eating and active lifestyle type workshops
\n\u2022 Plan and Lead football birthday party experiences at The New Saints Football Club (1 hour)
\n\u2022 Evaluate sessions and feedback to the community foundation team<\/p>\n

-To provide an effective volunteer, training and development programme to increase the quality and quantity of coaches and volunteers.<\/p>\n

-To increase access opportunities to quality facilities at The Venue at Park Hall.<\/p>\n

-To generate positive publicity for The New Saints Football Club and its associated partners.<\/p>\n

-To create a lifelong association with The New Saints Football Club to increase the next generation of fans and encourage all sections of the community to its fan base.<\/p>\n

\nThe role is on an ad hoc basis, coaches will be contacted as and when needed. There will be opportunity to be added to our permanent coaching timetable. Hours will be based on and around a school day, with some weekend work required to assist with events to promote the Foundation
\nandClub.\u2028The hours for which we are looking for session cover will typically be between 12.30pm and
\n7.30pm Monday to Friday, to include session set up. Weekend hours between 10am and 4pm
