Ahead of Friday's JD Cymru Premier fixture against Colwyn Bay, head coach Craig Harrison was on media duty earlier today, holding his pre-match press conference following training.

The New Saints head into the weekend's fixture on the back of eight consecutive league victories following a 2-1 win away against Penybont this past Saturday.

The former Middlesborough defender began by reflecting on that result at the DragonBet Stadium, and praised the impact of recent signing Dan Barton, who made his first league start in South Wales.

Looking ahead to Friday’s opponents, Harrison said he was expecting another stern test from the Seagulls, and expressed his admiration for the work carried out this season by Mike Wilde and his coaching staff.
