The New Saints FC are seeking high-quality Academy Coaches to work within our Boys’ Foundation Phase, Boys’ Youth Phase, and Girls’ Academy programmes.

These roles offer the opportunity to work in an elite, high-performance academy environment. The positions are part-time, with potential progression to full-time depending on experience and qualifications.

Foundation Phase Academy Coach (Boys) - U10 - U12
Minimum qualification requirement: UEFA B Licence

Youth Phase Academy Coach (Boys) - U12 - U15
Minimum qualification requirement: UEFA B Licence, working towards a UEFA A Licence

Girls’ Academy Coach - Under 13s and Under 15s (Season 2026/27)
Minimum qualification requirement: UEFA C Licence, working towards a UEFA B Licence
