With the run of midweek games continuing, it’s a visit to Caernarfon tomorrow (Tuesday, September 26) for The New Saints.

The JD Cymru Premier MD9 fixture has a 7.45 p.m. kick-off time, as fourth in the table hosts the leaders.

With six points separating them, it’s an opportunity for Craig Harrison’s team to extend the gap between TNS and the Coffis to nine. On the other hand, Caernarfon will be looking to close it to just three points.

Richard Davies saw his side beat Pontypridd United on Saturday in the Sgorio live game, courtesy of a late winner from Phil Mooney. The day before, The New Saints returned from the capital with a convincing 5-1 victory against Cardiff Metropolitan University FC.

The match at the Oval launches the second-quarter of the JD Cymru Premier season for both, with TNS the only unbeaten league team at this stage.

Caernarfon has been a happy hunting ground in recent visits for the current league champions with five victories on the bounce, wins which have yielded fourteen goals for the visitors and none conceded.

For tomorrow’s game, the home side will be wearing their traditional yellow/green/yellow kit, while we will be in all-navy. The ‘keepers will be in all-black and all-purple respectively.

Thomas Owen is the referee and he will be assisted by Ceri Williams and Richard Dolphin. John Jones is the fourth official and Rodger Gifford the referee observer.

We look forward to your support at the match itself but if you can’t make it, don’t forget to listen to us on TNS Radio, via our Facebook page/website.
